Terms of sale

1. APPLICATION
   By ordering Products using this website you confirm that you accept that these terms and conditions will apply.
   The present general sales terms govern the contractual relations between Grand Place Models and the customer, the two parties agreeing to it without limitation. These general sales terms supersede all other conditions shown in other documents, unless a preceding written and formal dispensation has been authorised by the owner.
2. PRODUCTS
   The photographs depicting the items are not part of the contractual agreement. In no cases, Grand Place Models can be held responsible if mistakes are present.
3. PRICES
   Prices are in Euro. The indicated price on the item description does not include shipping fees. The indicated price in the order confirmation or reservation is the final price, including all applying taxes. The price includes the price of the items, handling, packaging and storage charges, shipping and preparation fees. All prices are indicative and can change without prior notice.
4. ORDERS
   Automatic recording systems are considered as valid proof of the nature, content and date of purchase. Grand Place Models confirm the order acceptance to the customer at the mentioned e-mail address. The sale is concluded only at the moment of payment of the order. Grand Place Models reserve the right to cancel any order from a customer in contention over the payment of a previous order.
5. PAYMENT
   The price invoiced to the customer is the indicated price shown on the order confirmation made by Grand Place Models. The payment must be made before delivery. 
   En cas d’enlèvement des produits au magasin, l’acheteur peut payer en liquide, par chèque ou par carte de crédit.
6. DELIVERY
   Grand Place Models tries to deliver within 2 business days following the payment of the order. Any delays shall not entitle the buyer to claim damages. br> The delivery will occur at the latest within the 30 calendar days following the payment of the order. The customer may cancel his order and seek reimbursement from Grand Place Models when the maximum delivery period of 30 calendar days has been exceeded. Grand Place Models shall not be considered as responsible in case of non execution of the contract due to a major force case The Products will always travel at the own risk and responsibility of the buyer. The purchaser is bound by the information disclosed while ordering: in case of a mistake in the personal information of the addressee, the seller can not be held responsible for the inability to deliver the item.
7. ENLEVEMENT AU MAGASIN
   Les commandes peuvent être enlevées par l’acheteur au magasin : Grand Place Models, Rue de la Montagne 9 – 1000 Bruxelles. L’acheteur sera prévenu par Grand Place Models dès que la commande est prête.
8. PROPERTY
   The transfer of property of the sold Product will only be completed after full payment.
9. RETRACTION
   The customer has 14 days from the reception of the items, to form an opinion and in case of non-satisfaction, to return the goods. To get an exchange or refund, the buyer must return the items in their original packaging intact, with all accessories, instruction manuals and documentation to the following address: Grand Place Models, Rue de la Montagne 9, 1000 Brussels – Belgium.
   In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, Grand Place Models is liable to repay the sums paid by the customer without the cost of return that are charged to the customer. Repayment is due by Grand Place Models within a maximum period of 30 calender days from the day that Grand Place Models received the returned goods.
10. CLAIMS
    Written notice of claim must be given within 7 calendar days from the date the buyer received the products. After this period the products are considered as accepted.
11. GUARANTEE 
    In all cases, Grand Place Models can not be held liable for non-compliance with regulations and laws in force in the receiving country, the responsibility of Grand Place Models is systematically limited to the value of the product in question, its value to date Sales and without possibility of appeal to the brand name or manufacturer of the product. 12. CONTENTIONS 
    This contract is subject to Belgium law Grand Place Models cannot be held responsible for damage of any nature, material or non-material, or physical that may result in the improper use or functioning of the sold items. The same situation applies for eventual modification of the products made by the manufacturers. The responsibility of Grand Place Models will be, in all cases, limited to price amount of the order and cannot be disputed despite simple errors or omissions that could happen even with all the good care to showcase the items. The Commercial Court of Namur is the only competent institution, no matter what is the place of delivery or the payment method accepted.

The information on this website can be consulted, printed and downloaded exclusively for individual use. It is strictly forbidden to use the content (text, images, logos, graphical elements), entirely or partly, for professionnal or commercial purposes, to distribute or to make public without specific prior written permission from Grand Place Models.
2. CONTENT 
   The information on this website can be updated and corrected without prior communication. This website contains links to external websites (retailers, manufacturers, ...) Grand Place Models is not responsible for any problem resulting from a visit to a third party website.
3. LAWS 
   Use of this website is governed by Belgian law. All disputes relating to the use of this website shall be brought before the courts and Tribunals of Namur.
